Draft

Terms

Draft of 4 October 2026. Not in force yet; the final version is published before launch.

These terms are the agreement between you and Dewshot when you use the website or the app.

Who can use Dewshot

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Upload only photos of yourself, or of people who agreed to it.
  • Never upload a photo of a child, or anything illegal.

Your photos stay yours

You keep all rights to your photos and to the results. You let us process a photo only to make your retouch and show it to you, for as long as we store it: 24 hours after the retouch, or 30 days after you tap Keep. You can delete it sooner at any moment. We never use your photos to train a model.

The result

A retouch is made by an image model. It should look like you on a good day, never like someone else. Check the result before you share it, and report it from the result screen if it looks wrong. Some countries ask you to say a photo is retouched when you use it in an ad or a paid partnership; that is up to you.

Free retouches, plans and packs

  • Without an account you get 1 free retouch. The Free plan gives 5 a month.
  • Plans are monthly or yearly, and you can cancel anytime. There are no weekly plans and no trial that turns into a charge. The price is always on the button before you pay.
  • Packs are a one-off purchase without a subscription, valid for 12 months, and used after your monthly allowance.
  • A retouch that fails or that we refuse does not count against your retouches.
  • Plans and packs are not on sale yet. They open at launch.

Using Dewshot fairly

Do not try to break, overload or copy the service, and do not use it to harm or deceive other people. We may stop an account that does.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app at any moment. Every photo and your account data go with it.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep Dewshot running and the results good, but we cannot promise it is never down or that every result is what you hoped for. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we tell you before the change takes effect.
